Titanium Membership
Membership Billing & Cancellations:
Billing Cycle: Membership fees are charged on the 1st of each month.
Cancellations: Members may cancel their membership at any time, but cancellations must be submitted in writing before the 25th of the month to avoid charges for the following month. No refunds for partial months.
Attendance & Punctuality:
One-on-One Tutoring Sessions: Late arrivals will have the session time reduced accordingly. If a member arrives more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
Drop-in Conversational Groups: Members must arrive on time to ensure the full benefit of the session. Late arrivals may not be able to join.
Maximum Number of Sessions/Workshops:
One-on-One Sessions: Members may only use their one-on-one tutoring sessions within the month in which they are allocated. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month.
Workshops: Members may register for a maximum of 1 workshop per week, based on availability. This ensures that all members have access to different topics and spaces aren’t overbooked.
Behavior & Conduct:
Members are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and fellow learners. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during classes, workshops, or tutoring sessions may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Non-transferability:
Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. All services and benefits are for the use of the registered member only.
Holiday or Special Event Schedule:
The schedule for one-on-one sessions, conversational classes, and workshops may be adjusted during holidays or special events. Notifications will be provided at least 7 days in advance.
Emergency or Unexpected Cancellations:
In the event of illness, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, members may cancel or reschedule one session per month without penalty, provided notice is given at least 12 hours in advance.
If notice is provided within 12 hours of the session, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied and must be paid prior to the member participating in additional services.
Workshop Feedback & Improvement:
After attending a workshop, members will be encouraged to provide feedback via a short survey to help improve future offerings. Workshop topics may also be influenced by the most common feedback.
One-on-One Tutoring Sessions:
Must be booked in advance through the bookings links.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice.
Drop-in Conversational Groups:
These have a set schedule and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Space is limited, and registration is encouraged, but not mandatory
Workshops:
Must be registered for in advance via the bookings page.
Availability may be limited based on membership tier.
Workshop topics vary each month and may not always be relevant to every individual.
Members may submit suggestions for future workshop topics using the member surveys form.
