AGILITY was a 2 year project delivered in partnership with CANAF and funded by the Alberta Government. AGILITY assisted Francophone clients improve their skills to prepare them to enter the Canadian workforce. This project completed in March 2024.  The success of the project is evident in the positive feedback from both students and employers. Surveys conducted among project participants indicate a significant improvement in students' confidence in navigating Canadian workplace scenarios and using acquired technology in the workplace, specifically MS Office Suite, FIGMA and JIRA. Furthermore, anecdotal evidence from employers highlights the enhanced adaptability and professionalism exhibited by students who have undergone the project.
The remarkable success of this project is the number of students securing employment opportunities following their practicum placements. 88% of our students became employed after participating in the AGILITY project. The majority of jobs the students secured were high-paying professional jobs in their respective fields.
